Seed City. Population: 1 Really Crappy Smoothie

So yesterday was my first day wheat free. Just like any stereotypical healthy dieter, I made a smoothie for breakfast. A friend  sent me an excellent smoothie recipe but since I am instantly such a pro, I changed it completely.

Here's the original, balanced smoothie recipe:
1/2 a banana
3/4 cup frozen mixed berries
about a 1/4 cup of Greek yogurt 
a handful of spinach 
a sprinkling of flax seeds or wheat germ (optional)
Seems delicious right?

But suddenly when I get out all the ingredients, my blender mocks my lack of smoothie knowledge and I create my own. I ditch the spinach, opitional healthy seed boost, and honey. Instead I add just strawberries and raspberries with over a 1/2 cup of Greek yogurt and a banana. 
Then I sat down to breakfast and forcefed myself a glass of seeds and Greek yogurt that tastes like sour cream. Prior to this experience I have no memory of ever eating raspberries or knowing that they are seed bombs. I pretty much had to chew it. My mind just repeated "THIS IS IN THE NAME OF NUTRITION!" 

Needless to say, I had a premade Naked smoothie this morning. Which was surprisingly not that bad once you get over the fact that it is army green. Sadly I'm still not able to mentally get over that fact yet so I have 1/3 of the bottle in my fridge waiting for me.
